Product Type: Tequila Size: 750mLProof: 80Region: Mexico Description: Introducing Califino Blanco Tequila, an exceptional spirit that embodies the essence of the sun-soaked agave fields of Jalisco, Mexico. Meticulously crafted with a commitment to quality and tradition, Califino Blanco is a celebration of purity, offering a crisp and vibrant tequila experience.
Sourced from 100% Blue Weber agave, each plant is patiently nurtured under the Mexican sun until reaching optimal maturity. The piñas (hearts) are harvested by skilled jimadores, ensuring only the finest agave is selected for Califino Blanco. This meticulous process sets the stage for a tequila that captures the true character of its terroir.
The heart of Califino Blanco lies in its artisanal production. After harvesting, the agave is slowly cooked in traditional brick ovens, allowing the sweet nectar to develop. The extracted juices are then fermented using natural yeast, fostering the creation of a unique flavor profile. Distillation takes place in small-batch copper pot stills, resulting in a tequila that is both smooth and full of character.
As you pour Califino Blanco, the crystal-clear liquid sparkles, offering a tantalizing aroma of freshly cut agave, citrus zest, and a touch of herbal notes. On the palate, experience the crisp and lively taste that unfolds with hints of peppery spice, sweet agave, and a subtle citrus undertone.
