Description: Mainland Rum Louisiana 10 Year Single-Cask Rum is a deeply characterful American rum distilled from molasses and sugar cane in the Gulf Coast climate of southern Louisiana, then aged for a full ten years in ex-bourbon barrels before bottling at barrel proof (approx. 60.4% ABV / 120.8 proof). This limited single-cask release channels the spirit of the bayou with aromas of sweet molasses, toasted nuts, leather, oak, and a whisper of dark fruits. On the palate you'll find rich caramel, brown sugar, roasted pecans, and a textured oak backbone, culminating in a long, warming finish with subtle spice and fraiche regional character. With only 225 bottles released, this rum stands as a rare and bold expression of American craft rum-making.
