The MRCOOL® DIYM327HPW04D07 27K 4-Zone Mini Split System is engineered for homeowners who want maximum comfort, flexibility, and efficiency—without paying for professional HVAC installation. Built around the MRCOOL® DIY® 5th Generation 27,000 BTU multi-zone condenser, this system delivers reliable heating and cooling across multiple rooms while remaining fully DIY-installable.
This configuration combines 6K, 9K, and 12K BTU wall-mounted air handlers, making it ideal for homes with varied room sizes such as bedrooms, offices, nurseries, and living areas. Each zone operates independently, allowing you to customize comfort room-by-room while keeping energy usage under control.
Installation is simplified thanks to MRCOOL® DIY® QuickConnect® technology, which eliminates the need for vacuum pumps, refrigerant handling, or HVAC licensing. The included 16 ft, 25 ft, and 35 ft QuickConnect® line sets arrive factory-sealed and pre-charged with R-454B refrigerant, giving you flexible layout options for longer or more complex installs.
Advanced comfort features like Gold Fin® corrosion-resistant coils, Follow Me® temperature sensing, and full app-based control through the MRCOOL® Smart HVAC Controller® ensure long-term performance and effortless daily operation. You can also connect the system to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for hands-free control.
If you want a future-ready, environmentally responsible multi-zone system that installs cleanly and performs like a professional setup, the MRCOOL® DIYM327HPW04D07 is a top-tier solution.
