Application Instructions

Mechanically abrade the substrate to remove unsound concrete, ensuring a dust-free surface with adequate profile for mechanical lock
Substrate should be saturated-surface-dry (SSD) with no standing water
For increased durability, dilution rates of 2:1 or 1:1 can be used; typically blend 1 part cement to 3 parts sand, then add Strong Bond as needed
Not recommended as a standalone waterproofing agent
Protect Strong Bond film or bond coat from freezing until topping is placed
