Vollrath 72017 Cayenne Round Heat 'N Serve Rethermalizer / Warmer 7 qt. - 120v｜ Other Products

Vollrath 72017 Rethermalizer / Food Warmer

The Cayenne 71017 Warmer is designed to attractively display and maintain serving temperature of your prepared foods with less energy than a traditional warmer. It is designed to hold heated, prepared foods at temperatures above the HACCP danger zone of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The stainless-steel exterior meets UL surface temperature standards for operator and customer safety. It concentrates heat inside the well, not to the outside surface or rim.

It features Vollrath's direct contact heating system in which the heating element is in direct contact with the water allowing for the mist effect to transfer heat. It has a cast-in non-stick aluminum dome heating element that uses up to 25% less energy and reduces scale build-up for easy cleaning and longer operating light. Increased water capacity reduces labor costs and improves food quality by maintaining maximum moist heat. The wide, dripless lip catches and rains moisture back into the well and creates more uniform fit with food pans and inserts. You'll never have to worry about the water running low because there is a low-water indicator light that will warm you.

The controls are recessed; this reduces accidental changes in temperature settings. The capillary tube thermostat control supplies constant temperature and power only when needed for maximum power efficiency.
