Ingredients:

Rice flour
Potato starch
Corn flour
Tapioca starch
Raising agents: E500, E450, E341
Sugar
Lemon zest (1%)
Natural flavouring

 
How to Prepare:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and line a baking tray with parchment paper
Empty the contents of the scone mix into a mixing bowl
Add 125ml of milk and mix well until a sticky dough forms
Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and knead briefly
Roll out to 2cm thickness and cut out scones using a 5cm cutter
Place on the baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown
