Value Pack｜Dead Horse Beats: Bad Hopes EP Vinyl 12"｜ Other Products

Vinyl debut from Dead Horse Beats on Bastard Jazz. The talented multi-instrumentalist/producer/singer has been making waves with a unique brand of hazy soul that blurs the line between electronics and live instrumentation. The Canada-based producer has actually been around for a minute (dropping an acclaimed LP on London's Black Butter imprint (2015's Single People) as well as several self-released joints), but Bad Hopes is the 1st time his music has received a proper vinyl pressing. From Bastard Jazz - "Bad Hopes is the culmination of a new, fully realized sonic direction for Dead Horse Beats, inspired by the sounds of the Montreal scene in which DHB is embedded; equal parts glittering R&B, and undeniable deep house inspired soundscapes, fusing fully on Bad Hopes." Includes "Dive," "Young Ruins," "She Said" with Frase, and "The Moments." Full pic sleeve.
