The MRCOOL® DIYM327HPW01D00 is a versatile 27,000 BTU 4-zone DIY® mini split system designed for homeowners who want room-by-room comfort control without the cost or complexity of professional HVAC installation. Powered by the MRCOOL® 5th Generation DIY® multi-zone condenser, this system delivers reliable heating and cooling using advanced R-454B refrigerant, providing strong efficiency, quiet operation, and long-term performance.
This configuration includes two 6,000 BTU wall-mounted air handlers and one 9,000 BTU air handler, making it ideal for bedrooms, offices, bonus rooms, nurseries, or smaller living spaces that require independent temperature control. Installation is made truly DIY-friendly with DIY® QuickConnect® pre-charged line sets, eliminating the need for vacuum pumps, gauges, or refrigerant handling. The included DIYPRO® cable removes conduit requirements while protecting communications wiring from weather and pests.
Once installed, the system integrates seamlessly with the MRCOOL® Smart HVAC Controller®, giving you complete control of each zone from your smartphone. Adjust temperatures, set schedules, monitor energy usage, or operate hands-free using Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Comfort-enhancing features like Follow Me® temperature sensing, Gold Fin® corrosion-resistant coils, and inverter-driven performance make this system an excellent long-term comfort solution for modern homes.
This is true multi-zone DIY® climate control—efficient, expandable, and built to outperform traditional window units or baseboard heating.
