The EGR Delete Kit for 2011–2016 LML Duramax pulls the Exhaust Gas Recirculation system off your Silverado or Sierra and ends the soot buildup, stuck valves, and coolant leaks that turn into expensive repair bills. If your truck is throwing EGR codes or running rough under load, this kit fixes it at the source.Here's the problem it solves: the EGR system reroutes hot exhaust gas back into your intake, and over time that gas cakes soot on the intake manifold, clogs the EGR valve, and backs up into the cooler. A failing EGR system can lead to overheating, head gasket damage, poor fuel economy, limp mode, and repairs that often run over $2,000. This kit physically blocks the EGR system so exhaust goes where it belongs — out the tailpipe.All hardware and gaskets are included, and the install is DIY-friendly with step-by-step instructions. You'll need a compatible delete tune to tell the ECM the EGR is gone — pulling the hardware without updating the computer triggers check engine lights.
