Glengoyne 25 Year Old is the pinnacle of the core range from the Highland distillery founded in 1833 at the foot of Dumgoyne hill, famous for the slowest distillation in Scotland and a complete absence of peat. Owned by Ian Macleod Distillers, Glengoyne matures the 25 Year in hand-selected first-fill sherry casks for a quarter century, and bottles it at 96 proof. The result is rich and warm: orchard fruit, sherry-soaked oak, toffee, roasted nuts and an elegant chorus of spice on the nose, then a luscious palate of fresh and dried fruit, rich toffee and subtle nuttiness that reveals itself in layers, finishing long and warming with gentle spice and toasted oak. Presented in a wooden gift box, it is a landmark whisky for a milestone birthday, retirement or anniversary, and a collector's piece from one of the Highlands' most respected sherry houses.Buy Glengoyne 25 Year Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
