Enhanced Performance｜Hayashi 18 Year Ryukyu Japanese Whisky｜ Other Products

Hayashi 18 Year Ryukyu Japanese Whisky is a single grain whisky from Okinawa with roots five centuries deep. It begins as awamori, the Ryukyu Islands' traditional spirit, made from long-grain indica rice fermented with a rare black koji strain. Hayashi then ages that spirit for eighteen years in white oak barrels, bridging Okinawan heritage and modern whisky-making. It is bottled at 40% ABV in a 700ml bottle. The nose is bittersweet with hints of harvest grain. Each sip reveals fresh orange balanced by a lasting woodiness, and the finish is well rounded and enriched by further oak nuance. It is soft, unusual and elegant, best sipped neat or with a single cube.Eighteen-year Ryukyu whisky is a rare thing, and this bottle is for collectors of Japanese whisky and adventurous drinkers alike.
