Product Type: Beer
Size: 16oz
Proof: 9.2oz
Region: California
Description: To craft this groundbreaking canned Vintage beer, we aged a selection of Parabola for a year in high-quality bourbon barrels, then blended it with Velvet Merlin milk stout for a smooth mouthfeel and a more approachable ABV of 9.2 percent. We also infused the brew with Madagascar vanilla beans, cocoa nibs, and sea salt to create a rich Salted Caramel-style flavor profile.
“Parabolita has the depth and richness of Parabola, but with a creamier texture,” explained Brewmaster Matt Brynildson. “The cocoa nibs and vanilla enhance the beer’s rich caramel malt character, making it feel both substantial and easy to drink.”
