Talisker 30 Year Old is a limited release from the Isle of Skye's oldest distillery, founded in 1830 on the shore of Loch Harport beneath the Cuillin mountains and famous for a maritime, peppery style unlike any other. Released in small annual batches by Diageo from the distillery's oldest casks, it is among the most sought-after aged Talisker bottlings.Matured for three decades in refill American and European oak and bottled at 99 proof, non-chill-filtered, it shows what time does to Talisker's fiery spirit: the peat and pepper soften into a gentle sea-breeze smoke wrapped in honey, waxed fruit, orange peel and old oak, with a rich, oily palate of dried fruit, sea salt, toffee and a fading warmth of white pepper, finishing extraordinarily long. Presented in a wooden case, it is a landmark collector's whisky and a once-in-a-lifetime gift for a Talisker devotee.Buy Talisker 30 Year Limited Release Isle of Skye Single Malt Scotch Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
